Have Kids, They Said .......

Honestly, nothing in my life to this point had prepared me for raising Sid & Grady.

..... One day I almost had Grady believing that wearing his sister's underwear would prevent leg cramps. He woke up last night yelling in pain. I probably would have succeeded if Rob hadn't interrupted my serious explanation of the effects of blood flow, by snorting in derisive laughter. However, I did have Sid convinced enough that she was hiding her knickers.

 ........ I discovered today why we can never find the TV remotes.  It would appear that Sidney has been carrying them around with her in order to thwart her brother's attempt to change the channel. This apparently is what my children do for amusement when they are home sick.
